# Certain Defined Terms and Related Information

The following capitalized terms will have the following meanings:

(i) **NFT** - a non-fungible token (NFT), implemented on a blockchain using smart contracts and listed on the marketplace.

(ii) **Rented NFT** - an NFT which has been rented.

(iii) **Asset Owner** - a user who owns a particular NFT.

(iv) **Renter -** means a user who rents a particular NFT

(v) **We/Us/Our/TeaDAO** - means TeaDAO, operators of the Platform.

(vi) **You/Your** - means TeaDAO users.&#x20;

(vii) **Affiliate Partner** - means NFT Marketplace user that participates in the Affiliate Partner Program, earning commissions based on the rental activities of those referred users.

(viii) **TEA**- TEA token.
