The following capitalized terms will have the following meanings:

(i) NFT - a non-fungible token (NFT), implemented on a blockchain using smart contracts and listed on the marketplace.

(ii) Rented NFT - an NFT which has been rented.

(iii) Asset Owner - a user who owns a particular NFT.

(iv) Renter - means a user who rents a particular NFT

(v) We/Us/Our/TeaDAO - means TeaDAO, operators of the Platform.

(vi) You/Your - means TeaDAO users.

(vii) Affiliate Partner - means NFT Marketplace user that participates in the Affiliate Partner Program, earning commissions based on the rental activities of those referred users.

(viii) TEA- TEA token.
